Maharishi: ‘Jai Guru Dev. Rajaji, now, I want the opinion of all the enlightened family in the world present here. I want their opinion. I have one thing to suggest to them, that: Will it be better to have their admiration of one point? I would suggest that they make a resolution—that when they are in charge of Kriya Shakti, to create perfection from silence, I would like them to think whether the world should embark upon Kriya Shakti with both hands. God has given us right hand and left hand.

‘One hand of Kriya Shakti will be handled by the men and the other side of Kriya Shakti—will it be better that the mothers of the world handle their nourishing role with a complete second organization?

‘I have been showered with the request from Mother Divine that they should be given the opportunity to handle the Kriya Shakti of their world, the world of mothers at home. So, we can rejoice on this proposal of the Mother Divine that has been coming onto to me, asking my opinion. And now I have handed over the Kriya Shakti to the enlightened men, and I want their opinion to hand over the Kriya Shakti to the mothers of the world, to their own group. Get their opinion in one loud cheers, that the mothers will handle, will play, their nourishing role in this transformation of global reign in the world.

‘I think I like this idea but I can’t tell them without the opinion of the enlightened men in the world now. So ask their opinion if they agree [resounding applause], and I will pass on to them and they will start their organization in the most creative country of the world, in Maharishi Nagar in USA. Ask their opinion.'

Dr Bevan Morris: ‘Jai Guru Dev. Everyone has already given a big round of applause, appreciating and supporting that this should be exactly the case, that the ladies, the mothers, should have the control for the Kriya Shakti for implementation to bring a nourishing influence to all the mothers of the world. And perhaps we can ask from the Rajas or the national leaders some comments to elaborate, but it seems to be that there is universal support this, for what Maharishi has just proposed.'

Raja Harris speaks in appreciation of Maharishi’s proposal.

Maharishi: ‘I’ll send them today the consent of the twenty-four enlightened administrators of the world. They will be happy to have the nourishing influence for the mothers of the world, and they will hold their World Assembly, the World Congress, in the land of the most creative country in the world, as soon as possible. Jai Guru Dev, and congratulations to the enlightened community of the world to have the two wings of administration, one wing of men, one wing of mothers of men. Jai Guru Dev.'

Dr Bevan Morris, the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, reviews what Maharishi has said, and states himself that we are joyously making a resolution in support of Maharishi’s proposal. This was followed by further applause.

Maharishi: ‘This is one great achievement, and now the Kriya Shakti will be very comfortable, handled by both hands of Creative Intelligence conferred to the world, and now birds of the same feather will flock together. Congratulations to the enlightened administrators of the world, to the united countries, to have resolved this. Very beautiful.'
