Highlights

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, convened the first session of the Parliament of Invincible Nations, in MERU, The Netherlands, and warmly welcomed the delegates from thirty-three nations.

Maharishi: ‘In today's Puja*, every offering comes from every enlightened member of my world family. It's such a joy for me, it's such a joy for me, its such an indescribable joy for me that I am offering to Guru Dev Puja today and every offering is a global offering of my enlightened family. It's a great joy; it's a great joy; it's a great fortunate day that the whole enlightened family is with me today to offer every offering of Puja to Guru Dev**.

‘Dr Feldman, please introduce to me all the precious citizens of the world which are here to voice to the world something that I have voiced for the first time all by myself alone, fifty years ago, and now the whole past is spread before me as a new sunshine of the Age of Enlightenment. Please tell me all those enlightened who are present here whose efforts I admire—that they have brought this level of world consciousness where the goal of fifty years of the Movement around the world, the goal, is visible.

‘The new sunshine is before us, brought by tremendous efforts of the individuals who stand in the front row as the guiding light of a new world dawning for us. They are all here. I have invited them to have a family festival today. This is a world family festival in which they are the torchbearers of light. They are a voice to welcome Sat-Yuga and bye bye to Kali Yuga, but more welcome to Sat-Yuga, and in that the bye bye is a silent bye bye, but a loud voice—the clarion call of a new time, the sunrise after the night, a new sunrise after the night.

‘I would like to enjoy the names and their territories in which all these have been with me cultivating the divine crop, and they have been successful. And now all that new new crop for a new wealthy, healthy wise world is going to spring. It's a beauitful day for me to see the whole family all together. I am completely aware from everyones experience how much they have efforted in their own countries, and I have called them to tell their experience. And I have to call them to tell them my two, three experiences. Some experiences I have to tell them through which I have gone. . . .

‘We have done Puja to Guru Dev, and for every offering now we have a reward, and that will come to us as waves of inspiration of our individual enlightened world family. So Glory to Guru Dev.

‘Dr Feldman, introduce the members of our enlightened family who are going to be the furthermore enligtened torch bearers of our world family today. And Prime Minister and Dr Feldman, both of you I am quite sure will not miss any mention. So, bring to me all the glory of fifty years that are present here as a gift of Guru Dev, that are present here to create a new world. And they have already evidences that the new world is at hand; the new world is with new sunshine. All Glory to Guru Dev.’
