Global
Conference on
Unified Field-Based Administration
June
26 2007
Highlights
Maharishi:
‘Jai Guru Dev. Having just decided what to do in every country to
raise every country to a high level of invincibility, and having set the
programme for that, I was thinking last night, could there be one country
from where invincibility could be triggered for all countries? And last
night I came to the
conclusion that I
heard today in the exhortation of Dr Hagelin.
‘All that Dr Hagelin has expressed, he has expressed in terms of
Vedic Science. One word he spoke, and now I am prompted to tell you what
Dr Hagelin said in that one word, Vedic Science. There are a few words
for Vedic Science and Technology; they are called Mahavakyas, great sentences—Mahavakya,
the great sentence. One of these is “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm", all this is Brahm, Totality, the Unified Field.
‘One phrase, “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm", is the sum total of all the logic and all the
detailed expressions that Dr Hagelin has shown in his charts today—one
Unified Field.
‘Another thing he added was—I was listening carefully—what
he said was, “Neha
Nanasti Kinchan”. One [phrase] is “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm"—all this is Totality; and along with that,
another phrase is “Neha
Nanasti Kinchan”—there
is no duality. ‘‘All this is unity,
Brahm,''
is one phrase, and “There is no duality.''
‘In both ways it is said: positively it is said, and negatively
it is said. These are the two words that have been explained by Dr Hagelin
today in all his mathematical expressions, all the charts: that there
is one unity, Brahm. Along with that, there is no duality. It is necessary
to negate duality. I was observing how Dr Hagelin expresses duality, and
he did express it one word, "Vivartvad"—that is, it is
only appearance. This is the ancient word for it.
Totality
is all there is
‘Totality is all, Brahm is all that there is. And then there is
no duality, and then whatever appears to be, is just an appearance. It
is Vivartvad—that it appears to be, but it is not there, like the
snake and the string. It appears to be snake, but the snake is not there;
it appears to be duality, but duality is not there. Duality is not there.
What is there is only unity, and unity without duality—purely unity.
And that is unity between the administration, administrator, and the administered.
‘This is the science of administration, which the Unified Field,
Brahm, is observing or is initiating or is working with. So, there is
something, and there is not something. There is something; there is unity,
Brahm. “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm"—all this is Brahm. All this is unity, only
unity. And to emphasize this unity is everything, that which is everything
also has nothing in it. It is so totally everything that it has nothing
also in it.
Eternal
expressions of life in ancient and modern language
‘So these are the eternal words. ‘‘Eternal words'' means
expressions of reality of all time. ‘‘All time'' means what
time? Ever since there was anything, ever since the universe.
‘So
that, which was ever the reality, today, is also that reality, which is
spoken in mathematical terms. All
that Dr Hagelin has beautifully laid out is just a translation, an interpretation
or a commentary on these ancient words, “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm"—one expression that has been translated in
modern language. “Neha
Nanasti Kinchan"—there is nothing. Brahm is everything, everything
to the extent that nothing is also there in everything. Everything is
really everything, from big zero to infinity. Everything is there. These
are the two words, which are being translated in modern language, in mathematical
language, a reliable language.
‘And Dr Hagelin went into scratching the reality of the brain functioning
as well, connecting it with Maharaja Raja Raam, who said that consciousness
is the basis of all physiology—consciousness, just the awareness
of that on the intellectual level and also on the level of Being. This
level of Being substantiates this; the experience of Being substantiates
what the intellect concludes.
‘There is a proof of everything that is there, as a principle, as
an eternal principle of life. If it were not eternal it would not go on
from generation to generation, generation to generation. It would not
go on for millions of years. This is India. This is India, where Brahm
is the ultimate and non-dual. Brahm is a conglomeration of everything—Totality.
It is such Totality that one is within the other.
‘So everything is within one:“Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm". That is Totality, Brahm. For that the modern word
is “Unified
Field”.
But the Unified Field is completely devoid of the units of the Unified
Field. There is no plus in it, there is no plus in it; everything is minus
there. This is the wonder of expression of the ancient; that is why the
whole thing is coming on.
Indian
life associates with Totality three times daily
‘What
is there in the Indian life? "Trikal Sandhya Vandan”—three
times associating with that Totality, morning, noon, and evening—rising
sun, midday sun, setting sun. So what is at the rising is also the same
experience. What is midday is the same experience, setting is also. So,
in these three performances, in these three experiences—the setting
sun experience, the rising sun experience, midday sun experience—is
Totality.
‘Totality is there in the rising, the middle point, the lamp at
the door—night one side, dawn one side. That middle point remains
without the two in the midday sun; it is only midday sun—sun and
sun, and sun and sun—no inside, no outside, no left or right, no
rising, no setting. It is sun, sun, sun, sun. There is no door to distinguish
the light of inside and outside. In the morning, there are two sides,
night and day—two sides—the lamp at the door.
‘The whole system of knowledge, Nyaya, is there. The whole system
of Nyaya is there. But it is the same lamp without in and out, without
rising, without setting, at the midday sun. And in the night also, like
the morning, there is inside, there is outside—the lamp at the door.
‘So there is a line—inside, outside, inside, outside. There
are two relative values: one in the morning, inside, outside; one in the
evening inside, outside. But in the midday, [there is] no relativity,
absolute light.
‘When Nature is like that—three times in 24 hours—then
there is the advice of the knowledge, advice of the Veda, “Trikal
Sandhya Vandan”—you
do three times. Associate yourself, “Sandhya
Vandan”,
so that you associate yourself with silence.
‘And how beautifully silence has been demonstrated by these charts
of Dr Hagelin. All the time he was emphasizing on silence. He was characterizing
the Unified Field in terms of silence, silence, silence, silence.
‘This silence is a mode of life since times immemorial, for all
ages. This is India, which heard this “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm”—all
is Brahm. “Neha
Nanasti Kinchan”.
There is nothing else. How are these values brought to living? Through
the Vedaram.
‘Ceremonies are held for the children to start the Veda, and the
everyday life of the children is for studying the Veda, for studying Total
Knowledge, for studying and realizing that “Aham
Brahm”, “Aham
Brahmasmi”—
I am Brahm, I am Totality—and nothing else there is me. There is
no duality. I am all the time all.
The
whole world is my family
‘Associating that ultimate Total Knowledge with the Self of every
single individual has been the discovery of Maharaja Raam-ji. That is
why he was weighed in gold. His physiology being weighed in gold was just
a way of honouring him. What he brought out was the expression which will
be realized. What was that expression? “Vasudhaiva Kutumbhakam”,
the world is my family.
‘What is this expression? This is the expression that life in India
upholds to be life: the life of its family. The whole world is family
of India. What India? Where three times [daily] the intellectual realization
of the reality—Totality, infinity—is made to become a living
reality of everyday life. And Dr Hagelin has expressed the effect in so
many different calculations. These calculations are the real calculations
of the universal influence that radiates from this experience of some
people. They make the world a family.
‘In a family what happens? Some father earns and the earning is
enjoyed by all the members of the family. So it is life in India which
lives that parental role for the whole world—“Vasudhaiva
Kutumbhakam", the world is my family. The world is my family.
The
radiance of the light of life will administer society for all good
‘It was only last night or two nights ago that I was coming to this
conclusion. What is still to be achieved, when I have achieved the formula
that only a few hundred or a few thousand people can create a bright destiny
for the whole, millions of people in a country? Dr Hagelin counted and
said that we have achieved so many thousand in the US, and thirty-six
countries are underway, country by country.
‘How to administer a country? All the rigmarole of so many departments
in a country and all that—this is a child's play, as far as the
administration is concerned. The grandfather says the administration is
a few people reciting the Veda, living the Veda in their consciousness.
They are that lighted lamp which radiates light all around.'
‘What more
is to be done? Last night I was reaching this point: focus on India. I
do not have to take away the focus on all these 39 countries and all the
192 countries—country by country, that will continue. That I have
started, and that nobody can stop. Nobody can stop it, because the people
are wanting to have peace, prosperity, happiness, affluence, coherence
in the country. . . .’
‘In
the days of ignorance, the government has to have jails, police, punishment,
and laws to create fear so that people do not tax any other's life. This
kind of government, which is a common government, has been ruled out—simply
ruled out. It has proven to be unsuccessful, useless, a waste of human
endeavour, a waste of human life. This is a challenge, not to one government,
but to the whole governmental system.
‘What we are going to do now is create a few hundred people practising
Yogic Flying [in each country] and let people feel how it is to be living
in complete freedom. Their complete freedom may be infused with such deep
coherence and integration that negativity will not arise. Man-made laws
will not be necessary to regulate life of society. No!
‘I was very
intently watching the words of Dr Hagelin, and what he was defining is
“Vasudhaiva
Kutumbhakam”—the
world is my family. And how is the family governed? The family is governed
by the parental role. Parents do everything for the children. Like that,
we are training
a few people in
society in Yogic Flying.
‘We
train them, and then leave the people to their wildest imagination. No
one can do wrong to anyone, because the whole atmosphere will be like
bright sunshine in which no one can break his head or knees. Everyone
will be living life in bliss, practically living life in bliss.
‘In India, this is a system of living—some Vedic families
diving in themselves three times a day, unfolding in their own mind, in
their own intellect, the reality of Being. And the influence of that not
only sets their pattern of life to be useful for themselves, but certainly
and definitely useful for the whole environment.
‘Everyone around them is basking in the sunshine being radiated
by those few people in society who are doing their Sandhya Vandan [three
times a day, associating themselves with silence]. They are Vedic families.
And what they do is create a universal effect of nourishing life everywhere.
Distance is no barrier to it. Here, there, and everywhere, “Vasudhaiva
Kutumbhakam”. There is an emphasis there on the whole world family.
The whole world family is my family.
The Unified Field, Brahm, is the governor, the reality of life
‘
“Aham Brahmasmi”, “Sarvam Khalv Idam Brahm”—Totality
is Brahm, total, Unified Field, total. And there is no duality in it.
There is no separation in it. It is called Samhita, togetherness. It is
Brahm. Brahm is described in terms of coherence. It is coherence; it is
only coherence. There are no particles even that come together to make
coherence. It is coherence, worldwide—distance is no barrier to
it.
‘Infinite
distance or change or variety is non-existent. Variety is only a gossip—Vivartvad.
I was
very happy to hear the word “Vivartvad” from Dr Hagelin. What
he described was eternal truth in modern language. That is why he boldly
says, “Yes, Vedic Science, Vedic Science, Vedic Science”.
‘This
Vedic Science is an eternal science. It has been spoken of by the wise
throughout the ages in the same language, in other languages. It doesn't
matter the difference of language, the content is the same. The reality
of life is the same, the Unified Field, and that is the governor.
‘The
Unified Field is the governor—Brahm. “Aham Brahmasmi”.
“Sarvam Khalv Idam Brahm” and “Neha Nanasti Kinchan”
added to it—all this is Brahm, and there is no duality in it. Duality
is just a gossip, just like the snake is just a gossip in the string.
Reality is the string.
‘That
is why in the whole Vedic Literature there is something that is on the
level of ego, something on the level of intellect, something on the level
of mind, something on the level of senses, something on the level of behaviour,
something on the level of the world, and all that is in terms of Brahm
and “Aham Brahmasmi”. I am That, Veda is That—“Aham
Brahm”, “Aham Veda”. “Aham Atma”—it
is my Self, transcendental Self. “Aham Vishvam”—I am
the universe.
‘I
am the universe; Veda is the universe; and Brahm is the universe. So,
all is one reality without a second. “Without a second” must
be added to that. If we don't say “without a second”, then
“all” remains deficient of this one. "One without a second"
means that Totality includes unmanifest as well. All manifestations are
not there. Even the “not” is not there.
The
Constitution of the Universe in the Veda governs
‘This
is the clear expression of that which governs, the total Constitution
of the Universe in the Veda. Veda on the level of the senses is heard
as a language. It is counted in numbers, all the theories of numbers.
So there is duality, and there is multiplicity in the expression of the
Veda. But what Veda expresses is non-dual, singularity.
‘That
is enlivened by a few people with the Vedic way of life, which includes
Yoga, the unifying systems of administration, which include devotion.
Devotion is very necessary, otherwise without devotion one would be shattered
here and there and there. [The Vedic way of life also includes] Vedanta—the
end of Veda. Veda has fluctuations in it. When the Vedic Pandits recite
Veda, they have a word and a gap and a word and a gap, so there is up
and down and up and down. These ups and downs are not there in the uniform
unity, uniform wholeness.
‘These are called “Mahavakyas”, great sentences of the
Vedic wisdom. All of them have been located in one syllable. That is the
syllable of Atma, “A”. “A” expresses Atma, and
“A” is the first syllable of the Veda. The first syllable
of the Veda contains within it the total Veda. “A”, Atma,
“Agni, Ile Purohitam”—this is how the Veda starts. So
“A” is the first syllable of Veda; “A” is the
first syllable of Atma.
‘Veda
is the flow of Atma within Atma. The whole expression, the whole knowledge
is not a big, huge thing. There is another saying in this field of gaining
knowledge: the Totality, Raam, incorporated Brahm in his own consciousness.
That happened when he went to the Guru, the teacher, and the teacher said,
“Aaa, Brahm”—finished. “A”,
“Brahma
Purnam Loka”.
This is the first expression with which the teacher accepts the disciple,
“Aaa”. That simply means “come”.
Total
Knowledge can be gained in a short time
‘What comes to him is all that has been a little farther away. The
whole knowledge comes and dawns. “Alpakal Vidya Sab Pai”—the
expression is, “In a short time Total Knowledge was gained”.
In a short time, the Total Knowledge was gained, because there was nothing
to gain. That which was to be gained was only awareness of what one already
has. One has Totality; one is made of Totality; one is Totality. So there
is nothing much to gain.
‘The whole [is in] these three, four words: “Sarvam Khalv
Idam Brahm”, “Neha Nanasti Kinchan”, “Trikal Sandhya
Vandan”, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbhakam”—the world is
my family. “Sarvam Khalvidam Brahm” is one expression of Vedic
Science. Another expression of Vedic Science is “Neha Nanasti Kinchan”.
The third expression of Vedic Science is Vedic technology. How that science
is technically available, how that science is applied to someone—the
practical application of it.
The
parental role in the embodiments of Brahm
‘The science and technology, and the effect of technology is in
the fourth expression, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbhakam”—the
world is my family. That is the extent of its application: the world is
going to be under this parental role. And what is the parental role, where
is the parental role for the whole world? In the Vedic civilization there
is a section of people called “Sanyasi”, those who have abandoned
everything. They are addressed as “Narayana”, the embodiment
of nothingness. And this embodiment of nothingness is Brahm. They are
called ''Narayana”. These Sanyasis—a very small section of
Vedic life—are enough to maintain the scattered world in the bond
of a family life. The world is my family.
‘These are the four, five words. They are beautifully translated
in the modern language, the mathematical language, in the language that
no sensible man would object to, to which every sensible man will surrender,
having been explained by the charts of Dr Hagelin.
Vedic Science is an eternal science
‘What he has explained is just Vedic Science. And because they have
heard me speaking that thing, they say, “Maharishi's Vedic Science”,
but it is not Maharishi who has coined the Vedic Science or coined these
words. Maharishi is just a copier; he is just a reflector. Just a reflector,
like from a tin foil the whole sun reflects very bright. So Maharishi
is just a reflector of the old sun. It is not “Maharishi's Vedic
Science”; it is eternal Vedic Science. And he who has spoken it
in his time is called “Maharishi”or “Rishi”.
‘We have the seer of the Veda, Rishi Madhuchhandas, who sees Veda.
“Veda” means Total Knowledge. “Total Knowledge”
means the Unified Field. The “Unified Field” means “Sarvam
Khalv Idam Brahm”, “Neha Nanasti Kinchan”. Both these
Mahavakyas go together; both these words go together. They are Total Knowledge,
and nothing is there. Total Knowledge and nothing is there. It is a big
zero, the Unified Field—such a beautiful thing.
Our practical programme of Vedic Pandits
‘Our practical programme is that, according to the modern way of
life, we are going to engage the Vedic family boys. They will do their
“Trikal Sandhya Vandan” and they will be Brahmacharis, Purusha,
and they will be Sanyasi. They will be countable in numbers, but live
their life of the Vedic Tradition, which means “Trikal Sandhya Vandan”—three
times Sandhya Vandan. They [will be] Sanyasi, and they will be the rulers
of the world. They will be spontaneous rulers of the world. They will
not impose their ruling power. They will not need any watchdogs [to see]
who makes a mistake, and put him to jail, and all that.
‘Jails will disappear; the police will disappear; the military will
disappear. What will remain is absolute faith in each other, faith in
Totality. That will be the Totality ruling the universe. That will be
permanent state of peace produced from one country. The calculation has
been 8,000—if there are 8,000 people in one place. That is what
we are going to do India—8,000 people, 16,000 people or 24,000 people.
In each engineering, there is some extra [as a safety factor].
‘So, 32,000 people engaged in India, it is not much of a thing.
That is what will be done in India. And three, four hundred in each country
here and there, it is not much of a thing. That we will do in each country,
and that we will do in India.
Every country will be self-sufficient in invincibility
‘We must have each country self-sufficient, because if it is only
one country, if it is only India, then something may go wrong in India,
and then the whole country will fall flat. Therefore every country will
have self-sufficiency in this science and art of invincibility. There
will be one country in the East, India, and one country in the West, America.
They will raise sufficient number of Yogic Flyers in order that from both
sides of the globe, from each part of the globe, it will be very hard
for Kali Yuga [time of darkness] to take over. That will be the time of
Sat Yuga [Age of Enlightenment].
‘A long time of Sat Yuga will have this system of administration:
from the East and West two big groups—8,000, 16,000, 32,000 people
enjoying bliss! Enjoying bliss! So many people enjoying bliss! They will
get absorbed in their own habit not to get out of it—enjoying bliss.
‘Once
one has a taste of it, one cannot fall from it. And if these people cannot
fall from it, the world will never have any negativity, any lack of anything,
or any conflict. This is the world that is going to come out. They should
have this vision of these three, four ancient words of the eternal politics,
eternal economics, eternal living of total life, living blissful waves
of life as time goes on, day and night, as years pass by, and centuries
go by.
‘This
is the vision that we have given out, Dr Hagelin. It is very intelligent
for the time. Today, it is very fortunate for the people of the world;
it is very fortunate for the destiny of all mankind for all future. This
is the picture that we have drawn today. I have only to put out the Vedic
equivalent to your modern expressions and to your modern charts and to
your modern mathematics explanation. It is an act of great fortune for
the whole mankind that the words could fathom that which is beyond words,
the mathematics could express what is beyond counting.
‘It
is a great fortune; it is a good luck for all mankind.
We only bow down
to Guru Dev for the blessings. We only bow down to Guru Dev for these
blessings.
I
would like to listen to that song of Mother Divine, “Heaven Descending
On Earth”. They have envisioned heaven descending on earth. And
this is happening, it is happening. This is the actuality of today. All
glory to Guru Dev, and Jai Guru Dev.' |
