Opening Remarks
Maharishi: ‘Jai Guru Dev. It is a very great joy for the international press to witness the ceremony of alliance of the Global Country of World Peace with the government of the universe. The government of the universe has always been and always will be there. Now, the greatest scientist of this age, the First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, has found a slip into alliance with the government of the universe.
‘Two, three days ago, Raja Raam inaugurated the Global Country of World Peace in France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. Today, his Prime Minister, Dr Bevan Morris, has structured eight ministries of the Global Country of World Peace. This he has done in 108 countries with the leaders of our Movement, whom he has appointed as the presidents of the Peace Government. He has asked these presidents of the Peace Governments in the 108 countries to announce their governors in every state. The governors—today, tomorrow, and the next day—will be announcing the level of cosmic administration on the level of the mayors of the cities. The mayors will see to another level of administration, which will be on the level of smaller villages. Now there will be a simultaneous functioning of the Peace Government on the different levels of the existing governments.
‘Maharaja Raam’s discovery is that consciousness is the basis of all physiological values, and all the evolution at every level of creation is spontaneously, automatically, and continuously functioning. Always, the evolutionary process is going on in the whole field of creation, from point value of creation to the unlimited, eternally expanding value of the galactic universe.
‘The world is fortunate to see the organization on earth which administers from the field of infinite creativity in deep silence. Self-referral consciousness is the deepest level of silence, energy, and intelligence from where creation comes and from where the administration of creation is continuing from the creation of time and from the creation of space in the field of the unmanifest.
‘The administration in the field of silence has always been. Only sometimes, it is out of human awareness. Human awareness forgets it. Now this is the time when human awareness has opened the door of that infinite creative intelligence in the deep silence of Transcendental Consciousness. That administration of the universe, that administration of silence, is now being proclaimed to be available. Its functioning structure has been established today—all the ministries—by the wise Prime Minister, who has the awareness of the total functioning of silence which administers the well-being, happiness, and fulfilment of the government of the universe. It has always been there, only it was out of awareness, out of human awareness.
‘Now, today, thanks to the great genius of our scientific age, Raja Raam, in the company of Dr Hagelin, Dr Morris, Dr Volker, Dr Eike, and the Finance Minister of the Global Country of World Peace—all this great genius of this age—is announcing to the world that the Peace Government has been created in 108 countries. Now these are the efforts of structuring the regular government of cosmic nature, the government of the universe, in the global government on earth.
‘The Global Government is a government of all the nations in the Unified Field. Invincibility is going to be the characteristic quality of each government—not by vote, but by the intensive effect of coherence which Dr Hagelin has referred to in terms of the language of physics in the Meissner Effect. Intensified coherence in world consciousness is going to be experienced as a gift of the Global Country of World Peace to all governments of the world.
‘No government in the world has its basis in invincibility. Today, the First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, Maharaja Raam, is opening the door of invincibility to every nation. Yesterday he inaugurated the International University for World Peace. Through this organization, he is going to give knowledge in a very systematic manner, and he is going to give Total Knowledge to every country, Total Knowledge to every state of every country, every mayor of every country. Every citizen of our world will be receiving this knowledge of invincibility.
‘The world press will be delighting in the waves of joy. They will be giving the knowledge to the world that the world has taken the first step of invincibility, which is being formulated, being set, in 108 countries. Day by day, the steps of invincibility will rise and rise. Very soon, all these steps will create a plateau of invincibility, where every country’s government will enjoy invincibility.
‘It is a very beautiful rise of fulfilment for every government. To give this gift to every government and have a real United Nations will be the fulfilment of all the efforts of all the many years that the United Nations has been functioning and working to gain the unity of all nations. Now, whatever has been achieved so far by the existing United Nations—whatever has been so far—their goal is now at hand, given as a gift by Maharaja Raam to the people of all countries, including the United Nations and including countries which may be getting into war, which may be plunging into war for the sake of peace. Now they will have peace knocking at their door. All those warmongering tendencies in any country will simply vanish, as darkness vanishes with the onset of light.
‘Today we are enjoying the brilliance of the light of Total Knowledge which will not leave any corner of darkness in our world. The union of the world with the heavens will be a living reality.
‘It is a very good, great opportunity, a great day for the world press to brighten its rays of light, the news of rays of light all over—no darkness anywhere. This rise of the Global Country of World Peace, with its eight ministries, is such a great emergence of the bright sunshine to guide always the destiny of every part of our globe, every part of our world.’
Question: The Distinction between the International University of World Peace and Other Peace Institutions
Dr Hagelin: ‘Maharishi, perhaps we could begin with a question for you on the International University of World Peace established by His Majesty Raja Raam just the day before yesterday. There are peace institutes and peace studies in many universities throughout the world, and yet none of them have succeeded in creating a peaceful world. What will distinguish your new International University of World Peace from other universities and courses that have similar names? What will your graduates do to create peace that graduates of other universities are unable to do?’
Maharishi: ‘What are we doing? [laughter] We are doing nothing new. We are taking from the administration of the government of the universe. What are we taking? Wholeness. We are taking wholeness of knowledge. We are creating the knowers of Total Knowledge even from the beginning classes of the curriculum of the university and in every class as the class moves on and on to higher degrees of knowledge.
‘Every higher degree of knowledge will be just the expansion of Total Knowledge which was out of awareness, but which existed and is functioning in the universe. Its application is not to be designed anew. It is not a design of the human mind. It is taking the already functioning value of consciousness of the cosmic mind.
‘We are successful not on any individual basis but on the cosmic basis of the reality which governs the universe already. This administration already governs all levels of life. We have taken that already governing agency, which is governing every level of creation, from gross to subtle to subtler to transcendental. Then, when it is transcendental, it is cosmic. When it is cosmic, it is capable of maintaining cosmic order. That is the level of intelligence, total intelligence, we impart in our university from the first level of education to the second, third, and fourth.
‘The International University of World Peace is not anything that is new that has been constructed by us—no. It is the old, ancient, eternal, value of Total Knowledge that has been out of human awareness. Then our students—the future citizens and the present citizens of the world—are going to be lively in that field of Total Knowledge.
‘The curriculum of our International University of World Peace is a curriculum which is already in force. And where is it? It is available from the beginning to the end of the Vedic Literature. It starts with “A” and goes into “Ka” and “Ni” and expanding values of sound. The expanding value of the language is the language of the totality blossoming in its magnitude, more and more and more and more. These are the higher classes of our International University.
‘Because this curriculum is opening the awareness to the existing, expanding realities, every student of our university will be opening his awareness to wholeness from the first day. He opens that wholeness more, and enters into it more and more. So the wholeness, which is there at every level of creation from point to infinity, will be directly explored day by day by every student of our university.
‘It is not that we will succeed; it is that we put ourselves on the escalator of success, which is always going on and on and on from point to infinity. The curriculum explains the totality of Natural Law in the point, then in two points, two fullnesses; three points, three fullnesses; four points, four fullnesses. This is how the sequentially developing awareness of the already existing, functioning cosmic government will be owned by every student of our university. Every student of our university will be a lighted lamp of Total Knowledge from the very first day. The second day—again the same thing—will be the same Total Knowledge blossoming more.
‘We can think of the automation of increasing the light in a lamp. These days, it is possible to imagine. You put a switch on, and the switch lights a lamp: maybe a one-watt lamp, and then the next moment a two-watt lamp, and a three-watt lamp, a four-watt lamp, a thousand-watt lamp, a million-watt lamp, a trillion-watt lamp. The light is increasing, but the whole light was there even in the first flame. The intensity of light increases. As it comes up, it keeps on increasing and increasing.
‘This is the curriculum of Total Knowledge right from the beginning, becoming livelier in the consciousness of every student, in the consciousness of all the students, thousands of students. When the youth grow up, the whole population of the world will be in an increased intensity of enlightenment.
‘The full flame is there right from the beginning. The flame increases in its fullness and fullness and fullness. Where does the flame of fullness of knowledge increase? It increases in the field of action. The silence decreases, dynamism increases, until the awareness of the student meshes with the dynamism, with the silent dynamism, of the universal government running in complete silence but in full enlightenment with total Natural Law. The total, infinite, unbounded, eternal, invincible value of total Natural Law is lighted at every stage of the student’s life, every day. Every day is the same fullness more and more, and ultimately, more than the most.
‘It is a beautiful awakening of the administrative capability of our world now, with this Global Country of World Peace and its eight ministries. The eight ministries, under the guidance of the fully enlightened Prime Minister of our time, express the non-expressed secrets of the functioning of the government of the universe in our world.
‘It is a beautiful time for the world press to step onto the field of a new light of wholeness, totality, invincibility, eternal freedom, and fullness of all aspects of knowledge giving rise to total dynamism on the practical level of daily living. It is a great value. Congratulations to the world press for seeing such a day come to us now. Today is a bright day for all tomorrow. Welcome the fortune of the press; admire the fortunate fortune of the press. The world is rising to be a glowing light of Total Knowledge and all total power for every child of the world now.’
Question: How Can Unification and Globalization Be Made to Work?
Dr Hagelin: ‘There is a genuine interest in Maharishi’s response to how we can truly create a unified Europe. The European Union is in danger of collapse after voters from France and Holland resoundingly rejected a new constitution for the EU. There is fear among the people that the European Union, as it is presently conceived, and the overall trend towards globalization in the world, could raise unemployment, damage the economy, and undermine the sovereignty of every nation. What can be done to make unification and globalization work, and to reassure the people that it is a good thing and not something to be feared?’
Maharishi: ‘These are different opinions of the people. Now these opinions are overridden by the reality of increasing groups in 108 countries. From today, in 108 countries, the Peace Government has started its official, practical role. Now, the danger in any well-intentioned principal is over.
‘We welcome the European Union to continue its efforts of unifying all the countries of Europe. We welcome it to join the already successful union of all the nations in the Global Country of World Peace. There is no danger and there is no possible failure, now that the Global Country of World Peace has started its activity in right earnest from the national level to the village level, as the Prime Minister has described. The functioning of the Global Country is creating an influence on a very concrete level. The influence of the Meissner Effect, which Dr Hagelin described, of growing in intensity of peace and more silence, is going to be a light in rising intensity, eliminating all pressures of darkness, all pressures of negativity.
‘All the efforts of all organizations dedicated to peace and the well-being of the people are going to be only more and more successful. Therefore, we welcome all those well-meaning people who are working for the unity of nations. They are all acting for the same purpose as the Global Country of World Peace—the grand purpose of union.
‘It is a beautiful, parental role for the whole population that the formation of the Peace Government today has promised to the world. It is a great promise of peace and all success to all peace-loving organizations in the world. All peace-loving, good organizations in the world, like the European Union or even the United Nations, will blossom into success and success and success. We welcome them to enjoy the rising magnitude of coherence, which is the rising goal of their own organizations, with the rising parental role of the Global Country of World Peace.’
Question: TM and Longevity
Dr Hagelin: ‘Maharishi, this question, I think, is relevant to your Ministry of Health just established by His Majesty Raja Nader Raam. The question is on the Transcendental Meditation Technique and longevity. A major study published recently in the “American Journal of Cardiology” shows that Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation reduces stress and stress-related diseases, not just high blood pressure and heart disease, and therefore extends the life span. If stress is at the basis of most disease, and if disease is the basic cause of death, is it possible to live forever through Transcendental Meditation, if the technique can make your body healthy and non-stressed? In other words, are there limits to the human life span?’
Maharishi: ‘There are no limits to the human life span. This is the voice of the physical aspect of the Constitution of the Universe, the Veda. The Veda handles the health of the individual, the health of the nation, and the health of the world from a level of knowledge of cosmic health and knowledge of the cosmos, which is the knowledge of unbounded infinity and invincibility. The knowledge of health considerations is available in the Vedic Literature, which is the Constitution of the Universe.
‘Therefore, we say authentically that there is no limitation to age. Age could be—age is—immortal, not only the age of every point in creation. The point has the knowledge of the unbounded value of creation. So unlimitedness is the nature of life, the cosmic nature of life. This has practically displayed itself in the eternally going on, eternally expanding, galactic universe. It is already established.
‘There is the eternal record from the eternal Constitution of the Universe that life is Veda. “Life” is translated as the word “Ayu”. Ayu-Veda, the span of life is Veda. Veda is eternal, immortal, invincible. So there is no limit to life.
‘This is exorbitantly expressed time after time and space after space in the field of the Constitution of the Universe, which begins with “A” and continues to explore all that is there within “A”—all the different, innumerable values of life. This means all values from the infinity value of life to all the lesser values of infinity, lesser infinity, lesser infinity, and eventually the least infinity, very fine states of life, very small life.
‘The practicality of life in eternity, and less than eternity, less, less, less, less, coming to a point value of life is the whole range of life that is available to us in the field of consciousness, the knowledge of consciousness. The Vedic expression is “Anoraniyan is Mahatomahiyan”: finer than the finest life span, finer than the finest age span, is Mahatomahiyan, bigger than the biggest. So there is no limit to life.
‘Now we can make a sentence: “The range of life is on the desire of the liver.” Any living man can desire the span of life. Because infinity of life is completely open to his finite value of life, by desiring he can increase life. It is open to his awareness.
‘Now, the structure of the government of this Global Country of World Peace will educate the whole population of the world. Education centres will be available in the schools and colleges, in the hospitals, and in the centres of agriculture—in every field. The educational institutions will be available to remind the living man at any level of invincibility—small level of invincibility, or bigger and bigger levels of invincibility. The institutions of the Global Country of World Peace—all the eight ministries which have been inaugurated today—will be the lighthouses to guide man, put him in the light, and let him desire how long he wants to live.
‘Let him desire how long. Let him make a point in his life: “I want to go somewhere in the next generation of my physiology. I want to go tomorrow”, or “I want to leave next year or the third year or the fourth year or in ten years”, or “I want to live a thousand years.” Let him make a decision, and that decision will be a reality for him. So many are living on that level of life already, he would not be the only one. Already, many are living on that level of long life.
‘That is the bell of freedom that has been rung today in this inauguration of the eight ministries of the Global Country of World Peace.’
Question: Student’s Desire for Spiritual Experience
Dr Hagelin: ‘Thank you very much, Maharishi. That is an extraordinary, beautiful, and inspiring answer for the people of our world.
‘There is a practical question on the subject of education and the International University of World Peace. Why are students hungry for spiritual experience? The Higher Education Research Institute at the University of California reported that spirituality and prayer are increasing on college campuses. A survey of more than 100,000 current freshmen showed that 80% said that they are interested in spirituality and 76% said they are searching for a deeper purpose or meaning in life. The study also found that student affiliation in mainstream, organized religions is on the decline, while a general interest in spirituality, prayer, and meditation is increasing. Why does Maharishi believe today’s college students are so hungry for spiritual experience? And how will the International University of World Peace satisfy that spiritual hunger?’
Maharishi: ‘Students are not hungry only today. Only, the measurement of hunger has started today. All the students of all ages, all the time, wanted to know more and more. It is only the measuring, the measuring agency, that has started today, so they feel, “Today the students want to be more and more.”
‘More and more desire of life is not foreign to anyone in any generation at any time, in the whole of time. The desire for more and more is completely natural, not only on the level of desire but on the actual living level—not only the desiring level. The desire for more and more is a natural desire, because more than the most is available somewhere to life. The memory is there that I am infinity; I am Totality. The memory is there, even if I am at some level of wakefulness, or dreamy, or completely unavailable in deep sleep.
‘All these levels of knowledge, all these levels of wakefulness about the Totality are there in a natural way. How can we have it? Because we have the deep sleep naturally rising to dreaming, to waking, and naturally to Transcendental Consciousness, to Cosmic Consciousness, to God Consciousness, and to Unity Consciousness. The whole thing is very natural. It is absolutely natural, and that is available in the awakening of the dream from the deep sleep, and the awakening of the dream into waking.
‘Waking, dreaming, sleeping, waking, dreaming, sleeping by nature happens. By nature it happens. The nature of life is a circular motion, back and back and back again. Now, at the junction point of the waking state, instead of getting into sleep, one gets more wakefulness.
‘This theme of rising into pure wakefulness of infinity, eternity, unboundedness, is a natural phenomenon in nature. It is not an artificial thing. That is why it is just a matter of awakening—bringing it to the awareness of the students, giving them a lead into that experience, and telling them something about it. It fulfils their desire for more and more knowledge, for more and more ability to act.
‘More and more ability to act is not a new thing in this generation. It is forever the field of life. We say that the holistic value of life is in circulation. It goes through deep sleep and dreaming and waking, and then, from waking to passing on the bridge that has been mentioned. The bridge is the pure field of Transcendental Consciousness—the pure field of consciousness. It is as if the river is going and a pond is there. You come from one side, you sit on the boat, you sail on the water, and you land on the other side.
‘The whole thing is natural to life. The only difference is whether the bridge and the crossing over and the landing on the other side is an experience. This is what education does. Education unfolds that which is hidden from view. It is capable of unfolding it because that which is hidden from view is existing. That which is hidden from view is not hidden from its own existence. It is existing; only it is hidden from view. Knowledge unfolds that and brings the information on the intellectual level. It also brings the experience of that unboundedness towards which all streams of aspirations, all desires of the mind, and all decisions of the intellect are moving—always, by nature in that direction.
‘It is not that now the students are aspiring for it. Only, the measuring has started now. Physical sciences have started to explore all those levels of life which were there all the time. The discovery of a thing is not the creation of a thing. It is the discovery of an already existing thing, which one had forgotten in one’s memory. Now, the memory of it brings it to the conscious level.
‘It is no surprise that the wholeness of life opens to awareness when the wholeness of life is a field of investigation and a field of gaining knowledge right from the beginning for every student at a tender age. Then he grows with it more and more. The whole thing is very natural.
‘We feel good with modern science, and it takes our awareness step by step, sequentially. But it takes our awareness to what is existing. That which is existing today was existing yesterday, and it continues to exist tomorrow. Only, now it comes to our awareness so that we are open to the infinity of knowledge, with an infinity of ability to use that knowledge. This knowledge of using infinity belongs to infinity itself. So when we know “Ah, we are infinity”, then it is done. Then, there is no more search. Then, on the plateau of the search is Unity Consciousness—all behaviour on the level of Unity Consciousness. Then we know, “Oh, this is nothing new; it has been there, it has been here, it has been through all the senses, it has been experienced through all the faculties of gaining knowledge. It was there, only I did not know. My awareness was not there.”
‘Anything in the field of knowledge is only being awakened in the awareness of the student, just because it has been there, it will be there. It will be there for every generation of students. It will be there in every generation of youth. It will be there in every generation of older people. “For men may come and men may go”—the physiology of man may come or go—“but I go on forever.” This is the voice of infinity, eternity, immortality—the ocean of bliss in waves of bliss. This is education.
‘This is health, the health of the individual. All knowledge depends on health. Dr Hagelin just described the functioning of the brain physiology, the functioning of the nerves of the brain, and the functioning of the physical value waking up at any level of awareness. All these seven states of consciousness have a corresponding physiology—seven states of consciousness and corresponding to that, the physiology.
‘Corresponding to each level of physiology are sounds, the seven Svaras, which compose the Constitution of the Universe and compose the constitution of the flow of the structure of the Constitution, in one word, in two words, in three words, in four words. Every word of the Veda has so many levels in it. It is plainly pronounced: Sahasra, one thousand. A thousand are the waves in the silence of the ocean of Total Knowledge. In the transcendental field, Total Knowledge is completely silent. But every reverberation, every Svara, is in terms of a thousand qualities. That means all the qualities, all the qualities of eternal silence, are lively in every impulse, in every sound, moving on that level of silence.
‘It is a huge occupation of infinite magnitude of the territory of one’s influence, once we are in the seventh state of consciousness. That is the education that is being provided to the students. We are able to have it because we know from the Veda, “Aham Brahmasmi”—I am Totality. This is the move of our consciousness on the mental level, our consciousness on the intellectual level, our consciousness on the ego level.
‘We have in our ego a cosmic ego, and when we open our awareness to it, then it becomes our ego. Our individual ego becomes a cosmic ego for its existence, for its knowledge, for its activity in Totality. Infinity is lively in our own ego, intellect, mind, behaviour, senses, in our whole society.
‘Imparting the awareness of the individual to his own extreme potential is the ability of the Education Ministry of the Global Country of World Peace. To prepare the whole physiology for this level of functioning is the responsibility and the undertaking of the Ministry of Health of the Global Country.
‘Like that, the Ministry of Reconstruction has the competence to construct a house which will breathe and will not restrict, really breathing the cosmic level of intelligence within the house. The owner of the house and all his relations will be breathing together in that value of infinity breathing in itself—the pulsating universe. In that pulsating universe will pulsate the family, the total consciousness of a family, within the house properly laid out according to the laws of Sthapatya Veda. Sthapatya Veda is a section of Veda, a section of Total Knowledge, which directly maintains the liveliness of relationship of the individual with his cosmic potential.
‘The individual’s cosmic potential is his inner reality. Now the individual and cosmic potential extends from the individual to the whole house that he is in. One house is with the boundaries of the body; another house is in consideration of his cosmic existence. This house is properly constructed, properly laid out directionwise—north, south, east, west—according to all those different rules that structure a house. In the same way the practice of Transcendental Meditation and its advanced techniques, including Yogic Flying, refines the body and makes the body more and more capable of housing the Atma within. When the Atma within is housed properly in the physiology of the body, then the Atma is called Brahm. Then it is the expression of totality of knowledge.
‘The totality of knowledge is the reality of the entire ever-fluctuating universe, ever-expanding universe. It is the field of Unity Consciousness where tremendous dynamism of action is eternally upheld on the level of eternal silence. Eternal dynamism on the level of eternal silence is life in the Vedic value—the value of Total Knowledge. That is the value that the Education Ministry, the Health Ministry, and all these different ministries of the Global Country of World Peace are going to lay out to the individual very quickly on all levels of national life and on all levels of individual life.
‘It is a great thing that we have started. We feel very honoured and very humble to have started this, to have undertaken this responsibility to make everyone aware in his memory that he is absolutely cosmic. This forgotten value of individual life and collective life is going to be naturally rising as our activities in 108 countries start.
‘What will be the increasing value of this influence? It will be on the basis of increasing numbers of Yogic Flyers. The increasing numbers of Yogic Flyers will be the basis of success of the propagation of this knowledge and the practical experience on all levels—the international level, the national level, the provincial level, the mayor level, and the individual level. As the Global Country of World Peace has started to establish the functioning of the Global Government in these 108 countries from today, the influence is going to be more and more.
‘This is what is being experienced and announced by the local press, and told to us in a summary form by our enlightened Minister of Science and Technology, the President of the Peace Government of USA, Dr Hagelin, the noted world-renowned physicist, the world-renowned master of the quantum area of life. The quantum area of life is that area which is all over, omnipresent. He is sitting on the level of the junction point. On one side, he is living in limitations; on the other side, he is living in the unlimited.
‘He is the Minister of Science and Technology. From Total Knowledge and its applied value in practical life, he is going to raise the whole world consciousness, all national consciousness, all levels of state consciousness, all levels of city consciousness, throughout the world, to a very highly unified level. There will be the practical alliance of the Global Country of World Peace with the government of Natural Law. The government of the Global Country of World Peace on earth will align itself perfectly with the government of the universe, so earth will be governed with as efficient and ideal a quality of government as is the government of the universe.
‘The government of the universe manages the galactic universe, the floating galaxies in empty space. From the empty space, Transcendental Consciousness, in the middle point of two galaxies, which is the meeting point of two galaxies, is a balancing point. There is the balancing commander in chief of the government of the universe, sitting in silence. That is the balancing nature of the cosmic government, which balances the enormous, huge dynamism of the galactic universe.
‘That is the government which has been enlivened now in human awareness, because it was already on that level. Human awareness always is governed by the same government which is the government of emptiness, the government of the unmanifest. We can say that zero, that nothingness, that emptiness, which balances the huge, enormous, infinite dynamism of the galactic universe, balances in a natural way. Its own nature is like that. There is nothing very great about it—its own simple nature. That simple nature is infinity compared to all the finest values in creation.
‘That infinity, which was only forgotten, is now being awakened, being brought to awareness. It has been brought to awareness by today’s establishment of the eight ministries by the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace. It is a great satisfaction. Knowledgewise, we have done this for the world; actionwise, we have done this for the world. We have established this on every level of the nation, state, city, village, and individual—on every level. We have established the curriculum of teaching wholeness at every stage and from every level of activity or dynamism.
‘When we have awakened, just awakened, the individual awareness from the individual to the cosmic level, we have done this for his health; we have done this for his education; we have done this for all possible avenues. We have done this, and we have actualized the whole field of science and technology. We have made the individual the scientist of all knowledge; we have made the individual a successful performer of any action. We have made him capable of acting as a cosmic administrator. We have done this on the level of knowledge and on the level of action. We have brought the individual, fully awakened, to his own cosmic reality, which is his own universal reality. He is the scientist and the technologist of the universe. There is the knowledge and action to move the universe this way, that way.
